~ TERMS OF SERVICE ~

★ DEADLINES

Commission/custom will take from a few days to 2 weeks to finish. You will receives updates with every progress I make, updates can be seen on a Google drive folder that I will send to you after payment is received.

★ PAYMENTS

PAYPAL ONLY! I will start working on commissions after I recieved the agreed payment upfront in USD via PayPal. I do not make refunds, so please make sure that you have the requirement to do commission. Heavy changes can be done for free while in sketch stage, heavy changes after lineart require additional payment.

★ CHARACTERS

Please provide all necessary references for your commission. If you're ordering a full-body drawing, I’ll need a clear full-body reference showing the entire character from head to toe, including clothing, markings, and key details (a neutral pose or front/back view is ideal). If you don't have a full ref sheet, feel free to send a written description along with a moodboard or multiple images to cover all the important features of your character.

★ OTHERS

My artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand. pricing of transferring commercial usage price will be discussed individually. DO NOT CLAIM MY ARTWORK AS YOURS!

~ Step By Step ~

CUSTOM COMMISSION

  1. For custom character commissions, please provide the character type and a moodboard so I can understand the theme and vibe (examples available on my Carrd page).

  2. After full payment, I’ll send you a Google Drive folder containing all commission references and design details for easy access.

  3. I’ll create a colored sketch and send it for approval. You may request any design changes at this stage. Once approved, I’ll proceed to lineart and coloring, and no further design changes can be made.

  4. After you fully like the character's colored sketch I will continue to lineart and coloring (you cannot change anything anymore at this stage)

  5. When finished, I’ll deliver a transparent PNG and a version with the accessorized background.

  6. Daily progress updates will be provided until completion.

BASIC COMMISSION

  1. For basic commissions, send me the character you want drawn along with any details such as pose, expression, or background preferences.

  2. After full payment, I’ll send you a Google Drive folder containing all commission references and details for easy access.

  3. I’ll create a sketch for approval. Once you're satisfied with it, I’ll complete the illustration and deliver the final artwork.

  4. Daily progress updates will be provided until completion.
